  • RMC, Recycling and Reclamation Divisions, 1985 - 1992 (Technical Director, supporting automotive and casting industries).
  • Retired at beginning of 1993.
  • Consultant to CMI International in Detroit, 1993 – 1999 (assisted transition to structural castings).
  • President and CEO, Formcast, Inc., 1999-2000 (turn-around)
  • Industry Consultant, 2000 – present (specializing in technology of light metal casting, hypereutectic alloys & semi solid processing).
  • Past & Present, various industry, university and company boards
